Have you heard of a liquid called Mili-Q water? It is specially purified water for laboratory use. It contains few contaminants. It is extremely close to theoretically pure water. I am not exactly sure how to make the water.

I had been curious what it would taste like since I knew it for the first time. I tried a test-tube of Mili-Q a few week ago. Not to contaminate the liquid, I used a new sterilized test tube as a glass. I only found it tasted bland. My instructor frowned on me using a tube for such a silly project.

My lab training has been done. I no longer have to stay late at the laboratory.
