Spring has sprung. Cherry blossoms are going to flower. Full bloom is expected sometime in the next week.I have been troubled by PayPal since this weekend. They don't allow me to send money, saying "This payment cannot be funded with a credit card at this time". I called to PayPal at least 42 times and asked for explanation. They said each time the same thing "Nothing wrong with your credit card, but some risks could be involved in this transaction. So the payment is suspended for now."
Have you had such problems with PayPal? If so, tell me how to beat them.
