The Japanese are notoriously poor at using English. Needless to say their terrible pronunciation, their use of English words is often not appropriate, either. However, they seem to use the F-word pretty well, although no English school teacher teaches how to use it. The graffito on the wall is a good example of the correct use possibly by Japanese. I found this at a terrace of an operahouse. Many foreigners are sticking around there because the operahouse invites lots of performers from abroad. International place must be a right place for the F-word to be effective. In this insular country, many international people would remember their fondest memories of their countries through this magic word.
