linguistic

The Japanese are notoriously poor at using English. Needless to say their terrible pronunciation, their use of English words is often not appropriate, either.

However, they seem to use the F-word pretty well, although no English school teacher teaches how to use it. The graffito on the wall is a good example of the correct use possibly by Japanese. I found this at a terrace of an operahouse. Many foreigners are sticking around there because the operahouse invites lots of performers from abroad. International place must be a right place for the F-word to be effective. In this insular country, many international people would remember their fondest memories of their countries through this magic word.
